Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Our shipping fees to West Malaysia is free and East Malaysia is RM10 per item. International shipping rates will be calculated based on your address and the total weight of the item purchased.
    *all international buyers are responsible for customs clearance and liable for all tax, duties and customs fee. We are not responsible for any package held or seized by an international customs office. Please be sure of your country's import restrictions and requirements prior to ordering. For more information on international shipping rates, please feel free to contact us.
  2. Your Order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company of our choice. We only ship to street address within Malaysia - West Malaysia (Peninsular) & East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak).
  3. We do not allow amendment of Shipment Address once an order is confirmed via our online store to avoid fraudulent transactions. Thus please check your order Shipment Address carefully before your order is confirmed.
  4. We will not be liable for any loss and/or damages arises for the order delivery due to inaccurate Shipping Address specified and provided by you as stated in the Order Confirmation.
  5. We aim to deliver your goods in the quickest time possible. You will be able to receive your parcel within 5-7 working days for (West Malaysia), 12-14 business days for (East Malaysia) none festive season& delivery also will be delay on Malaysia during RMCO periods.
  6. We shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the Shipping Address specified and provided by you but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and we shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond our control.
  7. We hope our beloved customers understand that RX Global SdnBhd contracts third party logistics for our deliveries, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we're on your side and will assist in any way we can.
  8. Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events.
  9. All orders require package receiver's signatory upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, we will attempt for second delivery. We will not be liable of any cost of damage and/or loss, whether directly or indirectly arising in storage of items during the waiting period
  10. If you are not personally available to accept delivery, a representative may accept delivery on behalf of you provided always that the said representative must be over 18 years of age and capable of receiving the delivery. You or your representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of Products and all deliveries shall be signed off by you or your representative on the delivery invoices.
  11. If delivery is delayed due to your undue delay or unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you failed or refused to collect the Products within specified date from the date of second notification, the Order will be deemed void and has no further effect but you shall bear all the relevant cost incurred by us (including but not limited to the delivery cost and administrative charges). This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
  12. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the products to you if we have any doubts or whatever as to your credit worthiness or insufficient identification.
  13. By placing an order with us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping to us (* Refer to Return, Refund And Exchange Policy for terms and conditions apply). This also applies to any shipments that are rejected by you during delivery
